The trio that made a success of ”The Red Door Saloon” opens again and now with ”Birk Mat & Sällskap”

In recent years we have run a tavern in the heart of the lively Storgatan. During the journey we have become part of Borgholm’s food culture and now we are looking for new culinary challenges. Our next chapter is called BIRK – a name taken from the Öland language, where it means birch.

The birch permeates our vision and is found in both aroma and taste, not least through our specially built

BIRK is based on carefully selected Swedish seasonal ingredients, refined with subtle influences from Japan.
