Gunnars lunds Ägg raises young hens for laying for our egg production. Our hens are fed a fully Swedish feed that is soy-free. We also sell young hens to egg producers! The company is probably more familiar with Ninnis Kroppkaksbod, which is open all year round and supplies both islanders and mainlanders with freshly cooked kroppkako. The production is traditional and is done by hand according to old Öland culinary customs and practices. The kroppkako that we serve are gluten and lactose-free. We also offer vegan kroppkako where the kroppkako are filled with mushrooms and onions. The potatoes that we have are called Sava and we grow them ourselves on our farm. Being able to process our own raw materials and that it is locally produced is our guiding principle.
