Öland Spirar (9–11 May) is an annual event that kicks off the season with a focus on gardening, cultivation, nature experiences, culture, history and rural life. During the weekend, visitors have the opportunity to discover open gardens, visit farm shops and artist studios and participate in guided tours around the island. The event opens on Thursday, 8 May at 6 pm in Sandvik.
